Vehoniemi car museum

A 15 or 20 minute drive took us to the Vehoniemi Car Museum.  This was a free tour.   All of the cars are owned by individuals - and are driven from time to time.  My favorite was the Ford with the round windshield.  It even sported a umbrella basket!
After touring we stopped and had a little something in the coffee and cake inn - which I believe is how this little museum supports itself.  There they serve a little item called a spoon monk - which is like a doughnut.   The recipe dates from the 1920's, and is not shared with the public.  I guess if I want to create my own - I shall have to purchase several, and have them analyzed in the lab -- (ha ha ha!)
